If you’ve ever skipped dessert at a holiday party to “stay on track” and then ended up eating half the cookie tray at 10pm, this one’s for you.

You don’t need to skip dessert. You need desserts that actually fill you up. These are the ones I make on repeat this time of year. Every one is simple, uses ingredients you probably already have, and has real protein in it. Make one just for you, or double it and bring it to the party.

I use 1UP Nutrition protein in all of these, and you can use my code TORIFIT on yours. Protein numbers are estimates.

From my clients

After our week on macros, a client told me so many people in her life said she needed to cut carbs. Learning what carbs actually do for her body changed how she eats.

Another client hit her goal weight right before her wedding, the smallest she’s ever been, without cutting out the foods she loves.

Want recipes like these built into a plan?

In my 1:1 coaching I tell you exactly how much you need for your goals and build your meals around recipes you already love, desserts included. Plus training made for you and check-ins with me.
